Universal labeling machine Onitex L200 is located on a larger and wider base, which is also ideal for specific projects and special applications. Application of 1 or 2 wrap-around labels on cylindrical or conical containers and 1 label on top of the container.
Additionally, Onitex L200 labeling machine can be equipped with a module for automatic orientation and lifting of the conic bucket’s handle. Productivity:
- up to 3000 units per hour with roller container wrapping;
- up to 13000 units per hour with belt container wrapping.
Universal labeling machine Onitex L200 is commonly used for special projects as well as big and heavy products. It is located on a larger and wider base, which allows it to solve more specific problems. Such as installing a wide conveyor for large buckets, systems for handle orientation and lifting, robot or a second applicator for applying an additional label on top.
L200 is the machine from our portfolio that can be used with conical or cylindrical containers. This type of container is usually very difficult to work with, since the label is often skewed due to bottle shape. The rollers are manufactured according to the geometry of the container, pneumatic transfer is added if necessary to solve the task.
Onitex L200 labeling machine ensures precise application of labels, guaranteeing accuracy without any creases or misalignments, even for high labels. With a precision convergence of edges up to 0,3 mm, our machine delivers perfect results in every labeling task.
The adjustable applicator stand features screw adjustments, allowing for quick positioning of the applicator relative to the container. Once set, the applicator position is securely fixed.
The operation of our L200 labeling machine is designed to be intuitive and user-friendly. The template system drastically reduces readjustment time when switching between different product types. As many as 96 templates are available to the operator with a single touch of the screen. During readjustment the operator only needs to adjust the mechanic settings of the modules to accommodate the geometrical parameters of the container type and to adjust the sensor position height.
The machine's design ensures that the label is pressed and smoothed until the adhesive bonds to the surface. A super-transparent label will appear invisible, free from bubbles and the moiré effect. Soft yet firm rollers enable the application of embossed labels. There won't be any bubbles, even inside the convex letters. For such products, we install a special applicator sensor capable of working with transparent labels.
In the extended configuration, L200 can be outfitted with a wide conveyor designed specifically for accommodating large buckets. Moreover, ensure to incorporate the roller bucket orientator and the handle lifting system to ensure precise label alignment with the bucket handles.
Additionally, the ABB IRB120 robot can be integrated to perform all operations in one cycle: find the bucket handle, lift it, and apply the label. Adjusting to a different bucket type is easy; you only need to select the template number in our system.
Additionally, if there's a need to label the lid of your product, the L200 can also accommodate a second applicator. You can use it for applying an additional label on top, precisely aligned with the side label.
