Universal labeling machine Onitex L300 is designed to apply labels on both sides of flat or oval containers, as well as wrap-around labels on round containers. Featuring belt divider for precise orientation and label application. The machine can be converted from wrap-around labeling to two-side labeling in no time at all.
This machine is suitable for a wide range of products with fast adjustment for different packaging sizes. And it is a high speed labeling. Production capacity is 2 200 units per hour for circular labels and up to 12 000 units per hour for lateral application.
This machine is designed to apply up to 4 labels on both sides of a canister, as well as 1 or 2 wrap-around labels, with fast adjustment for different packaging sizes. The machine can be converted from wrap-around labeling to two-side labeling in no time at all.
When applying labels on both sides, the labeling process is continuous, without gaps.
For products exported to other countries, mandatory label translations are required. The L300 is ideal for this task, as it can apply up to 4 labels: 2 in the front and 2 at the back. The back labels are often used for translations into the target languages.
The L300 controller includes a sophisticated container tracking function, capable of monitoring up to 32 containers moving at high speed along the conveyor. A sensor at the machine entrance predicts the movement of the packaging, applying labels to containers in a continuous stream (except for oval shapes). To showcase the machine's precision, packaging is passed through twice, resulting in labels that overlap with a minimal deviation of 0.1 to 0.3 mm.
Containers aren't always perfect. Variability in container parameters can introduce errors, even with the machine's high precision. However, the label applicator's minimal errors ensure that the overall tolerance remains within 1 mm, even with lower-quality containers.
For stability during labeling, the machine features a top pressure conveyor with synchronized axes. We can adjust the speed, stop, and start the machine. The container, clamped between the bottom and top pressure conveyors, stays stable without deviation.
The adjustable applicator stand features screw adjustments, allowing for quick positioning of the applicator relative to the container. Once set, the applicator position is securely fixed.
The operation of our L100 labeling machine is designed to be intuitive and user-friendly. The template system drastically reduces readjustment time when switching between different product types. As many as 96 templates are available to the operator with a single touch of the screen.During readjustment the operator only needs to adjust the mechanic settings of the modules to accommodate the geometrical parameters of the container type and to adjust the sensor position height.
The machine's design ensures that the label is pressed and smoothed until the adhesive bonds to the surface. A super-transparent label will appear invisible, free from bubbles and the moiré effect. Soft yet firm rollers enable the application of embossed labels. There won't be any bubbles, even inside the convex letters.
The L300 machine is equipped with 2 applicators in its basic configuration, but this can be expanded to 4 applicators for applying 2 labels on each side. Often, there is a need to apply up to 4 labels on a container. For example, 2 labels on the front may be part of the design, while 2 labels on the back can provide translations in different languages for export products.
Additionally, the L300 can be equipped with a roller unit for applying 1 or 2 wrap-around labels. This feature makes the machine fully versatile in its application. This feature allows the machine to handle a wide range of products and facilitates quick adjustments to accommodate various packaging sizes.
To ensure the proper alignment of oval or flat containers, before being fixed by the upper pressure conveyor, an oval container orientator is used. This function guarantees that the label is applied accurately every time.
