Onitex T300 Triblock mini line intended for dispensing/capping/labeling liquids and viscous products into containers with a volume of up to 300 ml.The machine allows for different speeds during the filling and dosing process.
Additionally, the volume of each dose is easily adjustable through the operator panel. The labeller on the machine is capable of applying 1 or 2 wrap-around labels, depending on the requirements of the product being packaged. Productivity is 600-1200 pcs/hour.
The Triblock T300 features a modular design, allowing for easy adaptation to various production requirements. Suitable when we have limited space, small bottles, and small production volumes. Each module can be configured according to the specific customer needs. The process is usually organized in the following way: first step filling, then capping and labeling at last.
T300 is capable of dispensing both thick and liquid substances without foaming, thanks to adjustable dosing and filling lift speeds. In the standard configuration, it includes filling with 1 or 2 dispensers. Options available include a dispenser based on a peristaltic pump, pneumatic cylinder, servo cylinder. The type of dispenser can be advised by our sales team, based on your particular requirements.

In the extended configuration (additional options required), it can be equipped with an integrated L100 labeler for cylindrical containers. We recommend this option when there is enough floor space for greater convenience and ease of operation. Otherwise T300 has an applicator and roller set up installed in machine housing as a standard option.
Smooth transition from one type of container to another: minimal mechanical adjustments (change of equipment, height adjustment of the capper). You can change product volume and speed of dosing in filling settings in controller. Changing capping parameters is done depending on heights of the container. When changing container type, you may need to replace the tooling, which is developed and manufactured for each type of container. The procedure is simple and quick, taking 3-5 minutes.
T300 can be additionally equipped with a system of dropper feeding and special capping solution. Option for a control system for dropper positioning is available and uses a sensor to check if the dropper is installed. In case it's not, the machine does not proceed to capping. This makes it an ideal solution for cosmetics and medical applications.
With simplified controls and clear instructions, operators can easily navigate the machine's functions without extensive training. The template system drastically reduces readjustment time when switching between different product types. As many as 96 templates are available to the operator with a single touch of the screen. During readjustment the operator only needs to adjust the mechanic settings of the modules to accommodate the geometrical parameters of the container type and to adjust the sensor position height.
In the extended configuration, the mini-line can be equipped with the integrated L100 labeler for cylindrical containers. Adding the L100 labeler is an excellent choice due to its speed, precision, and compact design. If space permits, we recommend positioning the labeler separately for greater convenience and productivity.
Additionally, the T300 features an optional automatic cap feeding system that eliminates the need for manual handling, streamlining the process and improving efficiency.
The miniline can be additionally equipped with technical vision systems for level and capping control. Computer vision consists of one or more video cameras, analog-to-digital conversion and digital signal processing upgrade to the controller software.
