Dispensers Options

Volumetric filling can utilize 4 types of dispensers:

• peristaltic pump;
• gear flow meters;
• piston dispenser, servo-driven;
• electromagnetic flow meters.

Thanks to the developed Onitex electromagnetic doser (EMFM) dosing accuracy is less than 0.5%. Moreover, the dosage remains unaffected by changes in viscosity, density, and liquid temperature.

Works with Various Containers

We provide automatic filling lines to companies in the food, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries. The machine is designed for the following types of containers:

• Canisters of all types with label heights up to 300 mm.
• Bottles for household chemicals in rectangular, oval, and triangular shapes.
• Oval and square glass and PET bottles.
• Cylindrical flasks.

Dispensing both thick and liquid substances

The Onitex F600 in-line filling machine doses a wide range of liquids, including viscous, foaming, and aggressive substances. It can be equipped with 4 to 10 fillers. Lift control of the fillers is managed using a synchronous drive algorithm designed for products prone to foaming.

Performance

The absence of moving parts and restrictions in the filling measurement path ensures high productivity:

• 2500 to 3000 bottles, flasks, and canisters (1 liter) per hour.
• 3000 to 3500 bottles, flasks (0.5 liter) per hour.
• 3500 to 4000 flasks (0.25 liter) per hour.

The performance depends on the number of fillers and the viscosity of the product being dosed.

Dosing Accuracy

Thanks to the developed electromagnetic doser, dosing accuracy is less than 0.5%. The dose remains consistent regardless of changes in viscosity, density, or liquid temperature.

Quick and easy setup to new container type

Smooth transition from one type of container to another: minimal mechanical adjustments (change of equipment, height adjustment of the capper). You can change product volume and speed of dosing in filling settings in controller. When changing container type, you may need to replace the tooling, which is developed and manufactured for each type of container. The procedure is simple and quick, taking 3-5 minutes.

Intuitive controller

With simplified controls and clear instructions, operators can easily navigate the machine's functions without extensive training. The template system drastically reduces readjustment time when switching between different product types. As many as 96 templates are available to the operator with a single touch of the screen. During readjustment the operator only needs to adjust the mechanic settings of the modules to accommodate the geometrical parameters of the container type and to adjust the sensor position height.
